It also acts: inviting partners, managing roles, and building and assigning flows and quizzes.

What is the difference between POPS AI and PAM AI?

POPS works for your team. PAM works for your partners. POPS lives in your EULER dashboard with company-wide access, so it answers across every partner: program KPIs, pending approvals, partner lookups, and charts from your data. PAM lives in the partner portal, Slack, and mobile, scoped to one partner's own data.

Can POPS AI take action, or does it only answer questions?

It acts. POPS invites partners to the portal, creates partner contacts, creates and assigns roles, and builds onboarding flows and quizzes then assigns them by tag. It confirms the details with you before it runs anything, and everything it creates appears in the platform as a normal record your team can edit. Approving referrals and partner applications stays with your team.

What are POPS AI Sub Agents?

A Sub Agent is a routine POPS runs on a schedule so you stop having to ask. You describe it once, pick daily, weekdays, or weekly and a time, and POPS runs a dry run first so you see exactly what it would do before anything is scheduled. Each run leaves a conversation you can open and read.

Can POPS AI build partner onboarding flows and quizzes?

Yes. Ask for a three-step onboarding flow or a five-question quiz on your pricing and POPS builds it, then assigns it to the partners you name or to everyone carrying a tag. You can see attempts and scores, and edit everything it built in the platform.

Can POPS AI create charts from partner data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. POPS generates pie, donut, bar, and box plot charts. You get the best results by asking for the data and the chart in the same request, so it retrieves the right records before it draws anything.

Can POPS AI tell me why a partner cannot access the portal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Give it the contact's email, the partner company, and what they cannot do, and POPS returns a full diagnosis: agreements pending signature, onboarding flows locking the portal, role restrictions on the contact, features not enabled for that partner, sections hidden by visibility settings, and invitation issues such as never invited, bounced, or invited but never activated. If nothing is blocking on EULER's side, it says so and suggests what to check next.

What data can POPS AI see?

POPS is scoped to your EULER account. It reads across all of your partners and nothing outside your account. Sub Agents are narrower still: each one runs as the person who created it and sees only what that person sees. Every Sub Agent is read-only by default and changes nothing until you turn writing on for that specific routine.

In your EULER dashboard, in Slack, and in the EULER AI mobile app on the App Store and on Google Play. In Slack, direct messages to the EULER app route to POPS, and you can mention it in any internal channel. In Slack Connect channels mapped to a partner, mentions route to PAM instead, so a partner never reaches POPS. On mobile, users who work on both sides switch between the POPS and PAM contexts inside the same app.
