• Automated information, including metadata and analytics for your use of our Website and Services, including cookie IDs, IP address, device information, date/time of visits, new or returning visits, products viewed, page response times, URL clickstreams, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages. • If you engage with our social media accounts (eg; LinkedIn), we may receive information about your background, posts, status updates, messages, and any user-generated content you upload.

In addition, when our Customers use our Services, they may enable us to process various types of personal information on their Customer Partners. Below, we provide a list of the commonly processed personal information of Customer Partners. Please note, the below list is not exhaustive of all personal information, and is intended to serve as a sample set.

• Contact information such as name, company, title, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other identity authentication data.
  
• Payment information such as credit and debit card numbers, and billing address.
  
• Information when using our AI Partner Account Manager, which may include providing Customer Partners’ contact information.
  
• Any information shared when contacting customer service, including communications via email, chat, or phone.
  
• Customer Partner-generated content such as contracts or deal-related documentation.
  
• Digital signatures, including any metadata associated with the date, time, and IP address associated with the signature.  
  
• Username and password used to create and access Customer Partner accounts and other information.
  
• Preferences and other profile information.
  
• Metadata and analytics for Customer-Parters’ use of our Website and Services, including cookie ID, IP address, device information, date/time of visits, new or returning visits, products viewed, page response times, URL clickstreams, how long Users stay on our pages, what Users do on those pages.
  
• Inferences that may be drawn from or created based on any of the information identified above or potentially through third party sources.

  • Security and fraud prevention consultants.
    
  • Support and customer service vendors.
    
  • Artificial intelligence providers for the purpose of providing the Services core functionality (e.g., lead analysis, content generation, and chat support).
    • Our artificial intelligence provider partners OpenAI OpCo, LLC (“OpenAI”), and Google LLC (“Google”) collect information provided through our AI-powered features. The contents of personal information disclosures will not be used by OpenAI or Google for any purpose other than as required to provide you with AI-powered features.   • Payment processors.
    • Our payment processing partner Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) collects your voluntarily-provided payment card information necessary to process your payment.

  • Provide marketing and advertising services (see ‘Use Of Cookies And Tracking Technologies’ for more information on your choices with these services).
    
  • Analytics Partners. These parties provide analytics on web traffic, referral sources, or usage of the Services.
• Parties you authorized to integrate through the Services, such as social media or affiliate marketing services.

If you are a Customer Partner associated with one of our Customers, and you would like to fulfill your rights to the personal information we maintain about you on behalf of that Customer, we encourage you to exercise these rights by reviewing the Customer’s privacy policy to determine the correct contact method for that Customer. Alternatively, if you email us at privacy@eulerapp.com and identify the Customer that is utilizing our Services, we can forward your request to the appropriate contact.

‍6. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

‍Like many companies, we use cookies, deep linking and similar technologies (such as pixel tags, software development kits, and similar technologies) to collect information about your browsing activities, your interactions with our website, mobile applications, and Services, to serve targeted ads on other websites and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. ‍Authorized Agent:

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of another person, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or written authorization from the consumer (along with proof of your identity). If you make a request as an authorized agent, you will receive additional instructions. Depending on the type of request, we may contact you or the consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.

We do not discriminate against customers who exercise any of their rights described in our privacy policy.

We operate as a Controller (and a ‘Business’ under CCPA) with respect to information collected through our Website. We operate as a ‘Processor’ (and a ‘Service Provider’ under the CCPA) with respect to all Customer and Customer Partner information collected through our Services.

‍10. EU/UK Residents Notice

‍Residents of the (“UK”) and European Economic Area (“EEA”) are provided certain privacy rights under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”).

‍Under the GDPR, we are designated as a Controller with respect to all Customer information. With respect to all User information, we operate as a Processor under the GDPR.

‍We may transfer to, and store the data we collect about you, in countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected, including the United States, Canada or other destinations outside the EEA and the UK. Those countries may not have equivalent data protection laws as the country in which you provided the data. When we transfer your data to other countries, we will protect the data as described in this Privacy Policy and applicable supplemental product privacy policy and comply with applicable legal requirements providing adequate protection for the transfer of data to countries outside the EEA or UK.
