CHALLENGE

Building Integrated, Transparent Operations to Support Partner-Led Growth

Partnerships had become a meaningful growth channel for FieldPulse, with over 100 industry partners and plans to 3x partner-sourced revenue in the 2026 fiscal year. To execute on that plan, the team aims to increase its partner base by more than 50% this year. But behind the scenes, FieldPulse’s processes were nearing a breaking point.

Partner referrals, payouts, and reporting were being managed through a mix of Linkmink, manual monthly updates, Salesforce, and Stripe - a setup that worked, but required significant hands‑on effort and constant reconciliation behind the scenes. That strain was amplified by FieldPulse’s sophisticated Salesforce environment, where standard and custom objects, multiple pipelines, and cross‑system billing data all had to stay aligned.Attribution was one of the biggest pressure points.

A flaw in Linkmink’s referral URLs caused mid‑string attribution codes to break, so even with workarounds, some partner‑sourced deals were only partially tracked or missed altogether. Attribution wasn’t standardized in Salesforce either, with reps often typing partner names into free‑text fields.

Over time, this combination made it harder to trust commission calculations, produce clean reports for partners and stakeholders, or see which partners were actually driving revenue.Partners began to feel the impact. Without real‑time visibility into deal status or commission history, they had to wait for the FieldPulse team to compile monthly updates by hand to understand what they were owed.

And when they had payout questions or disputes, the FieldPulse team had to cross‑reference agreements, Stripe records, and Salesforce data to reconcile expected payments with what had actually been sent. The experience began to feel slow and opaque, adding unnecessary friction to otherwise strong relationships.

When it came to new or prospective partners, inbound inquiries were routed to whoever was available. This limited visibility into ownership and follow‑up, so outreach was often delayed or slipped through the cracks entirely.

To hit their growth goals while protecting partner trust, FieldPulse needed a more systematic way to attribute partner‑sourced deals, calculate payouts, and provide consistent visibility for external partners. When Linkmink effectively collapsed and could no longer process partner payments, FieldPulse leadership began urgently evaluating several PRM and affiliate platforms, including PartnerStack, Impact.com, and Allbound.

Unfortunately, they were either too expensive or lacked strong Salesforce and Stripe integrations.EULER stood out by combining operational depth with strong integrations and better price-to-value than comparable alternatives - all backed by a founder who had actually built and run partner programs.

"Working around broken attribution, reconciling inaccurate payouts, and chasing down late payments by hand was not a scalable way to run the program. We needed a platform that could handle those workflows for us and integrate cleanly with the tools we were already using."

SOLUTION

A Single Operational Foundation for Attribution, Commissions, and Payouts

The partnership started with a direct integration between EULER and FieldPulse’s Salesforce environment, with EULER mapping the architecture upfront and troubleshooting live. Because partner and opportunity records already lived in Salesforce, the platform pulled them in directly, avoiding exports, spreadsheet cleanup, and manual re-entry.

By the time Richard Dunbar joined FieldPulse as VP of Partnerships, EULER was already in place and quickly becoming the backbone of the partner program. One of the most meaningful shifts was at the attribution layer. With EULER’s bi-directional Salesforce integration replacing the referral logic and manual text entry, Richard and his team finally had a connected system they could trust. With accurate data flowing between platforms, the FieldPulse team sees - for the first time - tracking link performance by channel to understand what actually drives pipeline. This gives Richard a stronger basis for reporting, planning, and determining the partner program trajectory.

The same connected architecture also transforms payout resolution by bringing together attribution, commission logic, partner records, and billing data. Richard now reviews the partner record, confirms the incentive, generates the invoice, and resolves the payment in a single workflow.Internally, FieldPulse still runs partner reporting for finance and leadership. But the process now takes Richard under 30 minutes, down from 2 days, thanks to automatic report generation and continuously updated data.

The time saved goes straight into partner development and pipeline progression.Partners, meanwhile, no longer depend exclusively on that internal reporting cycle for insights. Automated deal digest emails and the platform give them continuous, real-time visibility into referral status and payouts. When partners do reach out - whether new or existing - their requests automatically flow into a structured workflow that triggers tasks and follow-ups. Richard and his team no longer manually sort, assign, and chase every inquiry, and partners don’t get forgotten. For Richard, EULER’s value extends well beyond the platform itself. “I can’t say enough good things about working with the EULER team.

They’re incredibly responsive and consistently go above and beyond to make sure our specific workflows and automations are exactly where they need to be.”FieldPulse’s partner program is built on transparency - and working with a vendor that shows up the same way makes this relationship thrive and keeps the program growing.

“We used to spend our time maintaining the partner program. Now we focus on growing it. That’s what EULER gave us.”

RESULTS

FieldPulse Cuts Partner Reporting Time From Two Days to 30 Minutes

Within a year of going live with EULER, FieldPulse had a single, trusted view of every partner relationship from referral submission through commission payment, turning a fragmented operation into a scalable, reliable growth engine. The results came fast:

  • 2x growth in partner-sourced revenue
  • 97% reduction in partner reporting time
  • 5-minute partner payment dispute resolution

As FieldPulse's partnerships strategy grows more complex, Richard is looking at what EULER builds next.

"EULER gives us the operational foundation to scale with confidence. We have the visibility, trust, and efficiency we need to run the program well today, while giving us room to keep growing it tomorrow."
